Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt, subject to the exceptions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, clean, and not damaged. All original packaging and materials, including instructions and warranty information, must be intact. All shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Unauthorized Returns
Failed or refused deliveries for any reason, including incorrect address, moved away, or change of mind, are considered unauthorized returns and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for the following product categories: lift chairs, bath safety equipment, mattresses, and batteries.
Return Process
All returns must meet the conditions above and follow the proper return process. Customers must call or email to request a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending any items back. The warehouse must receive the returned item within 15 days of the RA number being issued. A tracking number must be reported to customer service via phone or email. Items sent without an RA number cannot be credited. The buyer is responsible for all return postage costs.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been received and approved following warehouse inspection.
Inspect Your Product Upon Delivery
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the product is defective, damaged, or missing items, you must notify customer service within three business days of delivery. If a damaged product is reported within this timeframe, we will replace any damaged or defective parts or replace the product at the manufacturer’s discretion.
